Mentoring for Marketing Graduates

As a university lecturer and marketing professional who has employed entry level staff, I know from experience that there can be a gap between the theory learned at university and the practical realities of the workplace.  I have a unique skillset that can benefit both you and your marketing graduate.  Through graduate mentoring I help your new recruit link their university studies with requirements of your business.

I support your graduate to help them develop and implement your marketing plan so both of your expectations are realised. This will help your graduate feel supported and confident with the work they are doing for you.  You’ll can feel confident that they’re being led by someone with broad industry experience. Win-Win!

What's the Plan?

Together, your marketing graduate and I will develop your marketing plan. This will include reviewing the current market conditions and making recommendations on the best activities to achieve your business goals.

Digital marketing

Just because you’ve employed a digital native doesn’t mean they are aware of the breadth of tools available to market your business online or how to implement them in your business – and you probably don’t either!

Bridging the Gap

With experience in the classroom and boardroom, I help you and your graduate bridge the knowledge gap, managing expectations and realities.

What’s involved?

  • Meet with both the manager and graduate to understand the organisation, marketing goals and role of the graduate.

  • Meet with graduate either online or face-to-face for 60mins every fortnight (minimum of 3months). We will discuss, analyse, plan and implement marketing activities

  • Monthly 30min zoom or phone meeting with manager to discuss progress.

  • Investment: $800+GST per month for a minimum of 3 months.
    Price increase to $880+GST per month from April 1, 2025
